Belted Galloway

The nearby cows claim to have an issue with many of our fast food restaurants. I've always wondered about this; I mean, Holsteins are dairy cows. What do they have to worry about!? One breed I know a little about that has a legitimate beef is the Belted Galloway. This breed of beef cattle was first developed in Scotland and has distinctive markings that gave rise to the nickname "Oreo Cow" (perhaps Holsteins would be their friends because, well, you know).
When I was growing up, my late grandfather raised "Belties" on his farm in northern Arkansas. I have fond memories of helping out when visiting for Christmas or Easter. Grandpa's first bull, King David, passed on a rare gene that resulted in reddish fur where it's usually dark brown or black. Within a decade, Grandpa's whole herd was of the red variety.
This cache is a micro with a log only. Please BYOP. The difficulty is higher than you'd usually expect because of high muggle activity, especially around meal times. Have fun and happy caching!
