This is a challenge cache. The container is at the posted coordinates. You can find and sign the physical log any time you like and log a WRITE NOTE online. However, before you log your find online, you must fulfill the requirements below. To prove you qualify, use the checker at the bottom of the page and include the results as part of your log. FOUND logs without the proper documentation will be deleted without further warning.
To qualify, find at least 75 caches that have BOTH the "Scenic view nearby" and the "Recommended for tourists" attributes.
