Sounds of the Sixties I

This is a fun puzzle. I admit to being completely stumped on Show 8, so more than a year ago, I put the puzzle aside. The cache came back to my interest recently when I realized that finding it would add some color to my Jasmer grid. I got a little help this week from two previous finders on Show 8. Even though I disagree with their answer, they both confirmed my solution. And of course, I found the cache. Maybe I just couldn’t find the right clip on Youtube.

Getting to GZ is a challenge! There’s no easy way there. I circled nearly the entire area on the trail while looking for a clear way to get through all the bush. I’m not sure such exists. I ended up praying for help, backtracking a bit, and then pushing through. It was ... clear—ish. Thank the Lord for getting me there safely!!

The container is in a sad state. All the clasps have broken and it was full of water. I let the log dry out enough to sign it but it will need to be replaced. There’s even a (new?) resident that gave me pause before touching it (see pic).

Thank you, geowyz. God bless! 2 Corinthians 5:21

What horrors lurk in the deep woods?

Note to future seekers... take a spool of string or bread crumbs. I lost track of the way I came in, found GZ a second time, and ended up bushwhacking for an hour through thorns, bramble, and who-knows-what-else below all the leaves before getting back to the myrthmobile. No snakes though, so that’s another thank-You-Lord!
