Texas Double - Second Oldest Cache In Texas

Robin_1 and I left Houston early yesterday morning to attend the GPS Adventures Maze and GeoWoodstock events. Today, we left our hotel at 7:00 AM for an all-day county run to add some green to my map. Robin_1 completed the Texas Counties Challenge earlier this year but I've pretty much just gotten started.

This is my favorite of the day. Robin_1 found it on a previous trip to the region but as we got out of the myrthmobile at the parking coords, he promised to keep his heckling to a minimum. I wasn't sure what he meant. Was it a tricky hide? Would this 6'4 behemoth look silly when crawling under low-hanging branches? I found out soon enough. You weren't bluffing about this one being on a bluff. We scrambled up the incline and Robin_1 stood aside while I looked for and quickly found the cache. He joined me and we perused the swag. I signed my name and then found his old signature. I traded a loaded Starbucks giftcard for a pathtag.

TFTC. God bless! 2 Corinthians 5:21
