I have tried this twice before. I scoured the area as much as my muggle-sense would allow. Many times have I leered at this location while driving by. Today, I read every single log on the cache's description before leaving work...some of them twice. None of that helped. At all.
Apparently the key to this one is going inside the building before your search. I never knew using the restroom had the power to break an invisibility spell! I saw it as soon as I came back out (but not from that angle). I am stunned!
