Amusing

This sign has always amused me. Granted, I'm easily amused.

There is nothing related to this cache at the posted coordinates.

I happened on this location while scouting the area with Google Maps. The address caught my attention. To find the cache, add "March 14" to the decimals of the posted latitude (ABC below) and subtract "March 14" from the decimals of the posted longitude (DEF).

Geo-Kismet

My wife, who goes by HeyThereDlilah in the geoverse, recently shared this picture with me. It's of her and a friend finding a geocache in June of 2018, two and a half years before she and I met. This is fun in and of itself. She was a cacher before we met! It's one of the reasons I fell for her so quickly.
BUT, as geocachers are wont to do, I zoomed in and found something even more fun on the log sheet! Check it out...

I did some digging and found the cache they'd done: GC5VV2X. The date on my log? Thirteen months earlier. Kismet? I like to think so.

NAC #5 - 🎀Nuts About Christmas #5🎀

I worked the numbers the other day and searched accordingly. I wasn’t too confident because my total didn’t match the provided checksum, so I didn’t search long. After conferring with Robin _1, I saw my error. I made quick work of the find today.

My chosen special TOTT was Metro’s 82-Westheimer route. I rode, deboarded, walked, found and signed, and then crossed the street to catch the very next bus heading back downtown. Like clockwork!

Thank you, Ca$hQueen. God bless! Ephesians 2:8-9
