Beneath The Red Covered Bridge

Giants like me don’t typically enjoy trolls or their dwellings, but even though no one was home, this one was delightfully welcoming.

Seeking Treasures after attending Lone Star Roundup. Great spot! Excellent cache! My fave of the day! +💚

Thank you, telectronix. God bless! Ephesians 2:8-9

Agave - Texas Wildflowers\

I enjoyed the business’ sprinklers as I walked to and from GZ. Very refreshing!

As one does, I stuck my head in the branches immediately upon arrival. When I looked from another angle, I saw that I’d missed an active wasp nest by mere inches. Whoa!! I looked a little more and gave up. Before I left though, I found a length of red wire (spent trimmer string I think) and tied it to the branch where the wasps were as a ‼️‼️‼️RED ALERT‼️‼️‼️ to future seekers.

Luna's Loop - Katy 2.0 #1

I think TRJ and HS are getting old… I found this in the dark! 😁

In all seriousness, I think I got extremely lucky. Removing the log sheet was a delicate operation, so I retreated to the myrthmobile to have both enough hands and enough light.

Thank you, Shake-N-Bake!. God bless! Ephesians 2:8-9

A Coastal Prairie Wetland

What a pleasant experience! I parked right as the sun began setting then enjoyed its full, spectacular display while I walked around collecting the info. I included a sunset photo and a selfie at WP3.

Thanks for the learnin’ and the Earthin’! I sent my answers via GC email.

Tea for Two or Two More - Mad Hatter Day 2025

Let's have a mad, mad tea party again! It's 10/6, Mad Hatter Day to those in the know. Do you know? Do you no? Toddlers do. That's their favorite word! My favorite word starts with T. Tea? Tea!

Come enjoy tea and fellowship with geo-friends and some Wonderland friends as well. There will be raffle prizes and maybe a special surprise. Wear Wonderland gear for an extra raffle ticket.

Bring your favorite mug so you can have some tea!

(We will have the means to heat water. We will have a small selection of different teas, but feel free to bring your favorite)
